Shadow Academy Council Members: recruiting now!
We are seeking local, community minded people to join our shadow council both to provide support to the Head whilst advising Educate Together about local issues and opinions. The role is voluntary and involves approx one meeting a month with a little community advocacy work.
The Shadow Council is in place until the start of the schools second term (Jan/Feb 2019) at which point we elect representatives. A broad range of skills and experience is appreciated from charity sector governance, health, safety and regulatory oversight, teaching experience, marketing and PR experience and community outreach etc.. It is not essential to have a child of school age to join the council.

Please note that membership of the board is dependant on satisfactory completion of an enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Check).
